All: O Blessed Virgin Mary, temple of light without shadow or stain; You are the most privileged of all creatures. You were miraculously preserved by God’s extraordinary intervention from the very first moment of conception and even from original sin. Because of Your unique holiness You were chosen to be the Mother of Jesus, Son of God. Our modern days’ living is over-shadowed by the cares of this world, that give us little time for spirituality and the nourishment to our souls. Hence, obtain for us the grace to imitate You, and preserve in us the connectedness to God.

May our weaknesses of unforgiveness, discord be rooted out of our hearts and may we know the joy of loving our brothers, sisters and neighbours. O Mary, we commend the whole human race to Your Immaculate Heart; may it know the one true Saviour, Jesus Christ; may the consequences of sin be washed away by His precious blood, may the whole world find peace in truth, justice, freedom and love. O Mary, in the midst of all that we do in this world, may we never lose sight of heaven. Increase our faith, keep us alert and awake on the day of our Lord’s second coming. O Mary, you are the mediator of our reconciliation with the Father, grant us the favours we ask for in this Novena.
